As part of the ongoing improvement to the resources made available to all Integrity New Homes franchisees, a series of new sales documents have been created.

The "New Client Questionnaire" and "Site Inspection Report" are both accessed through the Mail Merge function in the iGyro building business software used by all franchisees.

These resources are part of the Integrity New Homes sales system and are formatted as Word documents which may be changed (and saved for recurring use) by individual franchisees to suit local requirements, and specific market conditions.

Flexibility is fundamental to the Integrity New Homes franchise system.

A training module on the new sales materials and approach was presented to the franchisees recently and recorded for repeated viewing.
