Over the next eight weeks we're going to share why business owners like you take two days out of their building trade businesses and attend our national conference.

Firstly, this event is not a 'talk fest'. It's serious hardworking business owners coming together from all over Australia to learn best practice business skills for the building industry in 2020.

Each week we'll show you an off the cuff recording of an attendee from previous years and why they have it locked into their calendar and won't miss it year after year. We'll also discuss one of the subjects that will be presented at the event.

10am on the opening Thursday morning we'll start with a presentation on how to get financial clarity when your running a building trades business. We see all types of businesses in our work as business coaches and accountants and 95% don't have any idea what is happening with job by job profitability and how they're tracking with their budgets. That's why our first presentation will be delivered focusing on financial clarity systems that work for builders and trades.
