Introducing our special guest speaker
Fred Abu-Elias

Fred is the Principal Coach of Spectrum Coach. Spectrum Coach was established to provide training and mentoring services to independent Australian builders. Fred has an impressive career spanning over 20 years with a number of small and large builders across Australia.

Fred’s passion for sales stems from working as a mortgage broker, sales consultant, sales manager, and business development manager in the residential building industry.

 

Whats involved?

We try to get the most out of our time together and have planned the following for this years conference:

Thursday Morning: Special guest speaker and presentations from our supplier partners.
Thursday Afternoon: Special guest speaker.
Thursday Night: Networking Dinner.
Friday Morning: Focus groups exploring aspects of the building business. These include job planning systems, estimating, building design, specifications, marketing, and leadership.
Saturday Morning: Social Event.

Lunch is provided for Thursday and Friday.
Dinner provided for Thursday night.
Formal agenda to be provided on the Wednesday.
